  SERVICE CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We sell our own Service Contracts (Extended Warranties)

1. WHAT IS COVERED:

All parts and labor necessary to repair your covered Projection TV, Direct View, VCR or Camcorder

See below for the free benefit pertaining to your covered item.

  •  VCR’S:                       2 FREE Head Cleanings per year

  •  CAMCORDERS:      2 FREE Cleanings per year

  •  DIRECT VIEW:         1 FREE Safety Check and Adjustment per year

  •  PROJECTION TV:    1 FREE Safety Check and Adjustment per year

  •  *Picture tubes covered for the life of the contract*

 ADDITIONAL COVERAGE'S:  Remote Control, Batteries and Transmitters

2. COVERAGE PERIOD:
Your coverage begins and ends on the dates specified on the cover page of your contract.

3. LOCATION OF SERVICE:

  • In-home service:
    If “In-Home” service is specified, service will be provided at the address identified on the face of the   service contract. If your product needs to be removed and repaired elsewhere, pick-up and return expenses will be covered.

  • Carry-in service:
    If “Carry-In” service is specified, you are responsible for delivering your product to and from the authorized repair center.

4. IF YOU NEED SERVICE:

5. IF YOU MOVE OUT OF THE SERVICE AREA OF ALL VIDEO REPAIR:
If you move out of the service area of All Video Repair, you will receive a full pro-rated refund.

6. IF THE OWNER OF THE PRODUCT IS CHANGING:
You can assign the product coverage to another person by notifying All Video Repair in writing. Transfer will occur provided the new owner resides within the service area of All Video Repair.

7. SERVICE CONTRACT CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your service contract at anytime for any reason. You must cancel in writing to All Video Repair. You will receive a full refund if the policy is cancelled within 30 days. If the policy is cancelled after 30 days, you will receive a full pro-rated refund with no additional penalties or handling fees.

8. SERVICE CONTRACT LIMITATIONS:

  • Indirect Damages: In no event will All Video Repair be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

  • Unavailable Parts: In the event that repair parts are not available, you will receive a full pro-rated refund.

9. WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  • Physical damage, cabinet parts, or spillage

  • Failures or parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or recall program whether the manufacturer is in business or not and all new products with less than an original 90 day manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty

  • Conditions beyond the control of All Video Repair: damage resulting from wiring, power supply, infestation, negligence, misuse, acts of God, inaccessible products.

10. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
All Video Repair is financially obligated to uphold this service contract, 6465 Sierra Ln. Dublin, CA 94568. Additionally this policy is protected by an escrow account.
