We are a family owned and operated business in Dublin, CA. We have been serving our customers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area since 1993. Since that time we have become authorized for many manufacturers and contract companies. We currently have 30 employees who work hard every day to provide efficient, friendly service. We take great care in choosing those who represent our company because we believe that people are our greatest asset. We have certified technicians with over 20 years experience.

When it comes to repair, our policy is to give honest and accurate information throughout the entire process. Our first attempt is always to repair to component level. What this means is that our technicians have a higher level of knowledge and experience which allows them to repair many units by replacing smaller, LESS EXPENSIVE, parts as opposed to entire boards. This is a more time consuming process, but it allows the repairs to be completed at a more reasonable cost to you, our customer. This is not to say that we never replace boards; we actually replace many boards each year. But, our first attempt is always to repair to component level first. Then if we have to order major boards, we will let you know.
